Welcome back my fellow page viewers how has your weight loss  experience been for you.today Mine has  been up and down as my workout out schedule was extensive today first i did 15 minutes of cardio on the treadmill  followed by chest presses with a resistance band for 10 minutes  to keep my chest muscles in shape a restraint band overall can strengthen every muscle in your body. Not to mention allow you to lose weight 10x faster then you would with any diet pills or weight loss program. I also did situps for 7 minutes only to knock off stubborn belly fat that believe it or not is not the easiest task with weight loss yet i have managed to lose 4 pounds in 3 days so i am pretty much on track to my goal which is to lose 25 pounds in just a few short weeks and to the people that are right now actively reading my blog encouragement is the best thing when it comes to weight loss. so as my supportive network motivates me to continue i will motivate you. i am actively on my blog 24 hours for all weight loss support  even if it is a comment somebody writes to me or a question or if you just want to pick my brain and see if i am on the level .i am here and will continue  my pursuit of my weight loss goals and as always my blog site is free so what do you have to lose but pounds
i hope everybody that wakes up to my blog is ready to start off the day with weight loss on their mind. I know i did and if you are reading this in a way you are to. Which is the kind of dedication you will need to reach your weight loss goals being said that. Whatever workout you choose to start off with this morning make sure you start off with a really good stretch.
 Trust me it does wonders it can  help with some of the stiffness you may have from lack of activity in the past. And do not forget your breakfast. It is actually the fuel for your engine your body being the engine .Today i want your workout to go a little something like this for every 1 hour and 30 minutes i would like you to work out for 7 minutes. Do not worry if you miss some its natural.but in order to get your  metabolism started on autopilot  try this out what do you have to lose besides weight. Well its now my time to workout so i will leave you for now to initiate your workouts for the day. But stay tuned i plan on publishing more and more on my blog and feel free to comment.

well ladies and gentleman as we continue our journey of weight loss since my blog is very new i want to give you my latest struggle i to am trying to lose 20 pounds i gained in the hospital. me being very intuitive in the art of fitness i find myself in a familiar place i was here my entire childhood yet to my credit i now  know how to  lose the weight i want you to keep this in mind i am too apart of the same problem that plagues you but with the help of my supportive network of friends and family i plan to lose the weight in  a short 2 weeks may seem hard to believe but it is not just last year i  had been in the hospital and the doctors had to  prescribe steroids for me which made my weight balloon about 37 pounds and it took me 4 weeks to conquer those pesky ,bulky pounds although it was a challenge i made it happen and so can you. so look if you read my blog  for information or just to see if i will bs you trust me i wont. i too have embarked on the journey to lose weight but i need your help when you stop by my blog leave a comment so i can improve my content because the truth is i do this blog for the people. the people that really need help to lose weight even if it takes longer then 4 weeks we will get results together so i ask that you please leave your weight loss comments you may  know things that may have worked for you or maybe have not .and we can work on them together thank you for reading my blog and stay tuned later today we will talk about techniques that once helped me lose 37 pounds in just 4 weeks
Welcome back today just like the last couple of days we have been discussing weight loss and how you to can achieve it even if you just wanna lose 5 pounds in as short as a week i to myself gained weight because i spent time in the hospital for my heart so they were giving me many different medications which me gain weight enormously about 25 pounds to be exact so we are all in the same boat today i want you to look at your weight loss differently then i told you in previous posts reason being i want you to not only lose weight i want you to keep the weight off so first let's talk about the mental aspect of it why are you either gaining weight? or why are you not losing weight ?usually people tell me they are gaining weight because they have cravings for
 potato chips ice cream pizza Chinese take out  any of these sound familiar ?they probably do sound familiar but they are not the main factor  that contributes to your weight gain. they just play a role behind other major factors which are stress, anger ,depression  lack of activity which i a m sorry to say stop your metabolism dead in its tracks so what i want you to focus on today is think think therefore i am think as if you are slim look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself im losing weight already because the true first step of weight loss is state of mind then from there you can start to shape and mold your body where you truly want it to be i know this for a fact and if you follow this method as well you will to besides that what else do you have to lose i am sure you have tried other weight loss programs before with momentary results what im teaching and trying to explain is these techniques are for the long haul of weight loss because just like many illnesses obesity can flare up again and again so you have to treat it like you would treat a disease and the prescription i would prescribe is believe you can achieve your goals do not be afraid to start your own regimen of workout after all you know your body better then anyone else. do not be afraid to ask others with the same struggles of weight loss as you what works for them? that why i created my blog for people to reach out be a community learn from each other and together we will lose all the weight we have ever dreamed of losing join me in this journey to lose weight and be physically fit because i know together the sky is the limit for our weight loss goals

dear readers the weight loss goal continues
on today's agenda   conquering obesity and no ladies and gentleman it does not have to be hard .even though people make it that way you can lose weight from the comfort of your own home with some help of course but that's not to say you cant lose weight on your own its to say imagine how much you will benefit from a partner holding your hands through the weight loss process  being said that lets get started first of all today is a new day for your goals its planning time step 1 of your planning i want you to go out and buy something that is not even close to your size to wear because in order for you to be slimmer you have to vision yourself slimmer second you will need to set up a schedule for your new weight loss program and by the way the goal is simple the more weight you lose the more you get to reward yourself  and yes you can eat what you want jus as long as you remember to put vegetables and fiber in your diet today's techniques will be as simple as the rest will be you start off your day with a nice size breakfast you will need it to boost your energy first off in order to be that fat burning machine i know you can be you need to put your all into this program first when i give you a workout it does not mean follow it  by the letter it means tailor it to suit you now first we will start off with a nice walk this walk we will start off on a regular pace but i want you to put some pep in your step you need to have your arms swinging and legs moving i need you to walk for 7 minutes at a pace with some enthusiasm as you come in from your walk i want you to reward yourself with a post breakfast snack whatever you want do not worry the key to this program is keeping your metabolism active and you will do just that next  step  when its lunchtime  have the meal of your choice big or small it wont matter just as long as you stay active do not forget fiber and  vegetables here are some techniques to work on first i want you to go to a room where there is enough space to workout okay now i want you to stand up legs 3 feet apart want you to hold your stomach in tight and kick your knees up towards your chest you can do it as slow or as fast as you want remember go at your pace there is no race it is just you versus those love handles that stubborn belly fat that muffin top now what you need to do is hold your knees at your chest for 5-10 seconds i want you to do that for 7 minutes take a water break if you need 1 it is ok okay next i want you to go by your couch or chair and get into a sit down motion but you do not sit unless you can not do this technique in that case you can sit down but you have to raise up and down as if you was not sitting down hold your stomach in tight and up and down up and down you do this also for 7 minutes next you get a mat or blanket place it in a room where you have space to workout and lay on your side  put your hands on your neck and face the opposite side of your legs and lift your leg up and hold it in the air for 5-10 seconds breath in tighten your stomach and breath out legs down continue that technique for 7 minutes as well and when you finish good reward yourself have a snack you did great im proud of you your on the way to your weight goals in a couple of weeks with this dedication you will fit in those new skinny jeans as fast as your online order comes in by dinner time do the same techniques you did for lunch i want your body to get used to being active so you can set your metabolism on autopilot and do not worry i will be posting everyday every step we will make it to those weight loss goals you will be a happy slim healthy individual just keep your dedication.

Dear reader
 if you found my blog today it probably means you have struggled with weight loss or possibly you have tried weight loss programs that failed you or maybe you lost weight but it was only for a short period of time or maybe you just want information about weight loss .
well you came to the right place i myself also struggled with obesity both as a child and as an adult which if your reading this i should not have to tell you the health problems that come along with being obese such as fatigue,high blood pressure,foot pain well i think you get the point that's why i am here we will  lose weight together my goal with this blog is to help those in need with information on weight loss as well as planning for after you have lost the weight for now i would like to know some of your weight loss goals as well as what stopped you from losing weight in the past so you do not repeat some of those same bad habits but i guess that can wait for right now whats more important now is me introducing you to my personal weight loss plan so maybe you can come up with a formula that can best suit you first off do not worry you do not have to throw all you favorite junk food out in fact i encourage it just as long as it is after a meal and we all know in a normal household we usually eat three meals a day i want you to keep that in mind with this new twist breakfast first of course eat whatever you want i would suggest in moderation but its okay if you like a big breakfast as long as after your breakfast you take a 7 minute walk outside weather permitting and after your walk i want you to have a post breakfast snack  after that i would like you to do something i call fighting the bulge what you do is you lay down on your couch or bed and i want you to put your knee on your stomach one at a time squeeze your stomach right knee up hold it five seconds left knee up and hold it for five seconds and remember your squeezing your stomach to get rid of that stubborn bell fat since this is your first time following my instructions i only ask that you do this for 5 minutes see the key is tricking your body into burning fat without having to do anything but there are small steps you have to take to get there and after you take these weight loss steps your body will automatically reach your weight loss goal remember this is just the start of the new slimmer you next is lunch like i said for breakfast i recommend you eat a moderate portion but it is okay if you like a big lunch now after lunch the process is simple what you do is find a comfortable place with the most space all you will need is a mat or a blanket to put down so you do not hurt yourself with this next fat burning techniques i share with you first i want you to lay down on your back and do not worry this technique will not be strenuous i want you to put your hands underneath your buttocks and put your legs straight in the air then i want you to posh your buttocks upward while you hold your legs in the air this to once again help get rid of that stubborn belly fat do it for 7 minutes then i want you to move to a side position  laying on your side put 1 leg up tighten your stomach hold it up 7-10 seconds put your hand on your neck and as you put your leg up turn your neck the opposite way this work your legs as well as your as your upper back repeat with both legs  next sit on the floor knees first  hands in front of you turn to the right as far as you can and hold it for 5 seconds then turn to your left as far as you can  and hold it there for 5 seconds this helps you to get rid of those pesky love handles we so desperately want to lose then next i want you to go by your couch or a really sturdy chair and i want you to gesture as if you are going to sit but do not sit down hold your hands behind you and lift your body weight  up go down and come up if you find it hard at first you may sit down but you must get back up  and continue when you come up hold your body up 5 seconds tighten your stomach then go back down each technique i want you to take 7 minutes with then reward yourself with a snack this techniques you just learned is to shape and firm the buttocks its great for losing weight around the thighs it strengthens your legs as well as your upper body for dinner same routine moderate portion but of course you may have as much as  you like try to add a vegetable as well as fiber to your meal as it will only help you reach your goal weight faster then repeat the same technique's you used during lunchtime then have a snack and congratulations you made it through day 1 and now the road to a healthy and slimmer you begins
